Here at the Jasmine Garden restaurant we use the highest and freshest quality organic produce wherever possible. We source all of our ingredients locally and use speciality produce fresh from the gardens and from local farmers.

The menu offers a wide mix of intoxicating authentic Turkish and Mediterranean delights and is suitable for meat eaters, fish and seafood lovers and vegetarians. Meals are enjoyed in the wonderful open air dining area overlooking the beautiful, fragrant gardens with mountains in the distance.

Breakfasts to jump start your day…

Turkish Menemen - A traditional breakfast dish made with eggs, tomatoes, fresh green and red peppers, onion, local feta cheese and mild chilli.

Tasty lunches enjoyed in the sun…

Flame grilled free-range organic chicken breast, served on a tasty bun with delicious sun dried tomatoes and juicy fried onions served with a generous portion of golden handcut chips.

Tasty Mediterranean Grilled Vegetable Salad - Marinated local feta cheese, fresh roasted vegetables, sundried tomatoes, mixed with bulgur and drizzled with a refreshing lemon and mint dressing.

A wide selection of Traditional Meze - Mezes are a delightful feature of Middle Eastern food, meant to whet your appetite. mezeAll mezes are freshly prepared, are intriguing and pleasing and include traditional humus, borek, sucuk, saksuka, cacik, hellim and dolma. All served with delicious, warm pitta bread and can all be vegetarian if required.

Shish kebab - Marinated cubes of tender organic lamb or free-range chicken skewered with peppers and chargrilled- served with Turkish pilav rice and a delicious fresh salad.

Firinda Karides - Tempting king prawns fresh from the Bay of Fethiye lightly cooked in a tomato and herb sauce, topped with local feta cheese and baked in the oven- served with Turkish pilav rice and a delicious fresh salad.
